We procure top-quality cashews from the marginal and small farmers in the northern districts of Kerala, where small-scale cashew farming is predominant. Unfortunately, cashew farming in the state is declining due to limited commercialization opportunities, leading people to shift towards other cash crops. Although Kerala cashews are renowned for their superior quality globally, the majority sold domestically are imported from Africa and Latin America to meet rising demand. Currently, cashews from Kerala contribute to less than 1% of the total production in the state.

Our sourced cashews undergo traditional processing by our women Self-Help Group (SHG) in Kasargod district, ensuring adherence to the highest hygiene and safety standards. Notably, our cashews are exclusively grown organically by small and marginal farmers without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. In the present scenario, there are limited cashew plantations in Kerala, mainly consisting of small, fragmented farms where one or two cashew trees are grown organically on each piece of land.
